YOUR BLOOD: IT NEEDS TO BE YOU
Human blood cannot be manufactured; it can only come from volunteer donors. This makes continuous blood donation essential for maintaining a stable supply for hospitals and patients in need. Donated blood has a limited shelf life, so regular contributions are critical to ensure there’s always enough to treat emergencies, surgeries, and chronic illnesses. Hospitals like MercyOne Genesis often transfuse more blood than our community collects. Blood has no substitute. It must come from generous volunteer donors like you.
YOUR HOSPITAL - MERCYONE GENESIS
MercyOne Genesis chose LifeServe Blood Center to be their sole provider of blood and blood products to ensure the best possible patient care and a safe and stable community blood supply. When donors donate with another blood collection organization within our community, their local donation does not support their local hospital. Only blood collected by LifeServe Blood Center is provided to our local hospitals, including MercyOne Genesis.
