The Sioux City Explorers and LifeServe Blood Center are joining forces to combine two of America’s greatest traditions-baseball and giving back-for a blood drive that knocks it out of the park. You can step up to the plate and make a lasting impact by donating blood at Lewis & Clark Park from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. or at the Sioux City Donor Center from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025.
Summer is a critical time for blood donations. With schools out, family vacations in full swing, and regular routines disrupted, blood donations tend to drop, but the need never takes a break.
By donating blood with LifeServe, you’re making game-changing plays for local patients in need of critical transfusions.
All registered donors will receive an “I Bleed Baseball” t-shirt, while sizes/supplies last, and two ticket vouchers from the Explorers. Step onto the field and book your appointment today!
