1. Schedule

Set your appointment up at a Donor Center or Mobile Drive near you.

2. Register 

Read educational materials, provide identification, with a signed Permission Form if necessary.

3. Screening

Complete a few health/lifestyle questions and get a mini-physical to check temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and hemoglobin level.

4. Donation

Collecting a unit of blood - about one pint -  takes approximately 5-10 minutes. 

5. Snacks

After the donation, rest in the snack area and enjoy refreshments!
